A plastic card is available based on the diagram described on this website. The card is printed on plastic for durability and is intended to be carried in the pocket for bedside use. Each card is 3.25" x 2.5", designed to fit in a credit card holder.
To obtain these cards, ordering information is provided below.
Acid-Base Diagram: The front of the card shows the Acid-Base Diagram. Pink and blue zones indicate acidosis and alkalosis respectively. The six characteristic clinical zones are drawn in and labeled. From the intersection of the pH and PCO2 read off the Base Excess from the scale on the left. The diagram facilitates anticipating the effects of therapy.
The back of the card shows an oxygen transfer diagram. The diagram displays two sets of isopleths which assist in predicting the effect of changing inspired oxygen concentration:

Worldwide, the cost of handling, mailing, and supplying one card is US $ 5.00. For each additional card include an additional dollar. Example: if you wish to receive 10 cards, send US $ 14.00. Alternatively, payment may be made in UK £. To calculate the payment in UK £, calculate two thirds of the US $ amount, e.g., instead of US $ 6.00, send UK £ 4.00.
